Packed Full Of Pre-Loved

The brief was to make shopping pre-loved fashion on eBay mainstream. And what better way to engineer this shift than by sponsoring with the hottest show on TV, Love Island, a constant catwalk in itself with a rep for fast fashion.

Replicating creating your summer holiday wardrobe, I created a through the line campaign that centred around the idea ‘Packed Full of Pre-Loved’. Showing our audience that pre-loved fashion absolutely serves and putting as many looks as possible in front of them.

I cast a group of four diverse creators for our Season 10 idents, all of whom have fashion clout and who also post about Love Island on social, linking the small screens with the big screens, a nod to dual screening and the best bit of watching Love Island being the online discourse.

Working with director Danica Kleinknecht and production agency Iconoclast, over a two day shoot we shot 21 bespoke idents, alongside stills. I also wrote podcast scripts of the Love Island podcast, The Morning After with Sam Thompson, and created a full funnel social campaign.

Paid Social Executions

We worked with both the Islanders and a selection of creators who know Love Island inside and out to create social content to support our idents. These ranged from showing off pre-loved outfits that they’d found on eBay to providing commentary on the looks seen in the villa (taking the classic Love Island commentary to the next level and bringing it inside the eBay brand world).
